100 EASTER EGGS DONATED TO FRAMEWORK FOOD BANK

We're helping to ensure families dependent on food banks don’t miss out on Easter this year by donating 100 chocolate Easter eggs to Framework.

Based in Mansfield, Nottingham we supply a wide range of promotional merchandise to companies, trade unions and other memberships based organisations. We we're founded in 1981 and have built our reputation on placing people before profit.

The Easter eggs will be distributed to Framework service users at Forward House and Elizabeth House in Nottingham, who will be given an egg after their Easter meal. Eggs will also be handed out to the young persons service group based in Ashfield, who are now planning an Easter egg hunt, as well as other service users that attend other Framework support service locations.

Our director Sam Pella said, “Pellacraft wanted to donate Easter Eggs to show that people do care. All too increasingly the use of food banks and homelessness is fast becoming the norm.  This is a heartbreaking thought in this day and age and should not be happening in places like the UK. I know it’s only a piece of chocolate that most of us take for granted, but hopefully this gesture will make someone's day and take a burden off another.”

Framework is a charity and housing association dedicated to helping homeless people, preventing homelessness, and promoting opportunities for vulnerable and excluded people to change the direction of their lives.

Framework was founded on 1 July 2001 when Nottingham homelessness charities, Macedon and Nottingham Help the Homeless Association (NHHA) merged. Framework aims to change and save lives in three main ways: by preventing homelessness, by helping homeless people, and by helping people to live independent lives.
